1) What is the Check-in/Check-out time?

Check-in 12:00 pm.

Check-out 10:00 a.m.

2) Is it possible to check-in early or check-out late?

Early arrivals or late departures will be subject to a half-day charge (50% of the villa rate) unless such an offer is available through Promotions or Packages.

3) What is the maximum occupancy and cost of extra bed?

Maximum occupancy 6 persons. Additional person during the ‘Peak Season’ will be charged Rs.1,500/- extra and Rs. 700/- for the rest of the season.

4) What is the villa policy regarding children?

Children are welcome and those under the age of 12 years can share the existing bedding in parent’s room at no extra charge. If the child is 12 years and above he/she will have to pay the full adult price.

5) What happens if I cancel prior to my stay?

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing from the person who made the booking. Verbal or telephonic cancellations are not accepted. The date of cancellation request will be taken as the date the written intimation is received by the owner.

The Cancellation Policy is as under:

1) Cancellations can be made up to 4 weeks prior to check-in date, with forfeiture of the booking amount paid.

2) Cancellations made 4 weeks days or less, prior to the check-in date are not entertained and the entire amount paid including advance booking amount is forfeited and non-refundable.

3) If the balance payment amount is not received before 4weeks prior to check-in date, the booking shall stand automatically cancelled and the advance booking amount paid shall stand forfeited.

6) What are my payment terms and what method of payment do you accept?

We accept only bank transfers. Once the booking is done an email along with our bank details will be sent to the client.

1) For rentals covering the period from 15th Dec to 16th Jan, 100% of the amount is payable as Booking Advance.

2) For all other bookings, 50% is payable at time of booking. Balance 50% to be paid at the time of check-in.

7) Can I rent a bike or car from the villa?

We can arrange this if you let us know prior to your arrival and payment is made in advance. In any case you can also easily access a list of vendors of the complex

8) How can I be assured I have a confirmed booking?

Once your booking amount is credited into our bank account an confirmation mail will be sent to you immediately.
